2. Merchandise Codes

Codes and bundled virtual items are available only with the purchase of eligible Adopt Me! merchandise. Uplift Games reserves the right to modify or discontinue the merchandise code redemption program, or the redemption of merchandise codes, at any time, including where merchandise is no longer offered through an authorised merchandise partner.

Redemption of all codes and retention of virtual items requires that you maintain a Roblox platform account, in good standing. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with any other offer. The virtual items and codes are non-transferable and may not be traded, exchanged, gifted or sold in any manner or medium for any reason. Uplift Games is not responsible for any lost or stolen code or for any technical issues, including issues related to the functionality of the Roblox platform, that may prevent a code from being redeemed. You acknowledge and agree that the code or virtual items entitles you to a limited license to the virtual item and you do not acquire any ownership rights in the virtual item. Your code is one time use. The virtual items exist only inside Adopt Me! on the Roblox platform and you acknowledge and agree that if the Roblox platform or Adopt Me! is discontinued for any reason, the virtual item may become unavailable. Your use of any code, any virtual item obtained through code redemption and the Adopt Me! experience is at all times subject to the Uplift Games Terms of Service.
